You Do Have to claim the income transactions, order aussi You Can Deduct the victimes en d?penses That You Taking Care of the property.Once real estate rental is Involved, Generally I recommend investing $ 30-60 in the tax preparation software (TurboTax, or my favorite ? TaxCut). It Takes you-through year interview process Where They Ask you questions in plain english, like ?Did you Have Income from rental property in 2007?? and when to you say ?Yes,? it Asks you how much you Brought in, and then it Asks you about Any money you spent ?on the property, and fills in all the blanks on all the Appropriate forms.
